It substantially relieves pain in the forearm near the elbow during the golf swing. It does not eliminate the source of the pain but makes it possible to play a round of golf reasonably comfortably. Sorry, this just doesn't work, you have to tighten it so much it cuts off circulation. The only tennis elbow thing that works (that I've tried) is the BandIt, and I would guess that is because the straps don't really touch you, all the pressure is on the plastic plates. My elbow has been bothering me for some time so I ordered another one. I don't like needles and this is a great alternative. If worn properly and the right amount of pressure is applied, it will help ease the pain. It certainly came in handy shoveling the snow this past week.
