I have used this product in the past for golfer's elbow and searched for it again when the same problem recurred. It substantially relieves pain in the forearm near the elbow during the golf swing. It does not eliminate the source of the pain but makes it possible to play a round of golf reasonably comfortably.

As a college tennis player, I have tried them all, including this one. Sorry, this just doesn't work, you have to tighten it so much it cuts off circulation. The only tennis elbow thing that works (that I've tried) is the BandIt, and I would guess that is because the straps don't really touch you, all the pressure is on the plastic plates. Buy a BandIt, I've never heard of anyone thinking anything was better

Washed in cold water after a couple of wearings. Foam separated from the band. Very poor quality. Glue does not hold up during cold water wash.

I end up suffering from tenns/golf elbow every year or so these days. I had tried one product in the past that seemed to help, but I could not find it at home. So, I picked this up at the local pharmacy.

It is too early to know how well it will work, but it clearly puts pressure on the arm in a way that has worked before. It is also easy to adjust--more so than the product that I had earlier enjoyed. If you cinch it too tightly, of course, it will be uncomfortable and lead to some problems. But its adjustment is simple and I have had no problem getting it to fit nicely.

So, promising. . . . I believe that this will end up helping me get through this spell of elbow miseries.

I had one of these years ago and it worked great. My elbow has been bothering me for some time so I ordered another one. I don't like needles and this is a great alternative. If worn properly and the right amount of pressure is applied, it will help ease the pain. It certainly came in handy shoveling the snow this past week.
