I tried using a forearm support from CVS. It was bulky and uncomfortable. Tried the BandIT – wow! Great support in a small package. This thing really works!

I had this golfer’s elbow (I dont play golf …) sometime back and I tried everything from ice, rest, massage, ultrasound but the thing that gave me most relief was this band. Although i had to get cortisone shot in my elbow. This is worth using. I still use it while working out.Pro Band Sports BandIT Arm Band, Black/White

The band helps balance the tendon load between the outside and inside of the arm which allows the damaged tendon to heal. It also restricts the arm from abrupt and extensive bending which also aides in healing. It is bulky which takes some getting uses to.

Spend the extra for this quality. I had the other one and this definitely works better…relief for the pain.

I have severe tendonitis in both elbows. I had surgery to repair one. The othe was ready for surgery when I was introduced to this product three years ago. I wore it 24/7 for three months and the pain went away. I have told many people about this with similar conditions and they have all had positive results. I highly recommend it.
